These terms and conditions apply to ordering products made on our webshop, aduroshop.dk. When you place an order on this webshop as a consumer, you also accept these terms and conditions. The webshop is owned and operated by:

Payment and prices
You can order and pay on aduroshop.dk using Dankort/VISA Dankort or MasterCard.
Aduroshop.dk has an acquiring agreement with Bambora, which is also used as a payment gateway. The acquiring agreement and gateway are security-approved and meet all security requirements. All communication between the payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorized parties cannot see the data exchanged.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the goods are dispatched from Aduro A/S. No amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can ever be charged.
The total price for the order, including VAT, any fees, delivery costs, etc., is displayed during your order on aduroshop.dk. All our prices on aduroshop.dk are in Danish kroner (DKK). We reserve the right to change prices, taxes, errors, and sold-out or discontinued items.
Order confirmation
When you have ordered your item on aduroshop.dk, you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase via email. Please keep this confirmation as it may be relevant for exchanges, cancellations, or complaints.
Delivery
We offer different delivery methods depending on the item ordered:
- To parcel shop with GLS (in Denmark only)
- To private address with GLS
- Palet delivery with carrier for larger and heavier items (+30 kg) (within the EU only)
Delivery of larger and heavier goods (+30 kg)
When purchasing larger and heavier goods such as an outdoor fireplace, your order will be delivered by carrier. When delivered by carrier, your order will be delivered to the curb, and you must be home to sign for the item. Pallet delivery with a carrier (+30 kg) outside the EU is unfortunately not possible. We therefore refer to local dealers.
Delivery time
We deliver your package within 2-4 business days both with GLS and pallet delivery. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with your track and trace number. Whether you choose parcel shop, private delivery, or pallet delivery, delivery of your package will occur on weekdays between 8:00-17:00. If the package has not arrived within the delivery time, you are obliged to contact Aduro A/S within 7 days. You can contact us at service@aduro.dk
Delivery prices
You can always see the delivery price when you have placed your items in the cart. The delivery price varies depending on the weight of your package and the country to which the package is sent. The VAT rate will vary depending on the recipient country.
Right to cancel
When you shop on aduroshop.dk as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel. The right to cancel expires 14 days after the day you received the item. If you have ordered several different items in the same order delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires. You can send an email to service@aduro.dk
Return
If you cancel your purchase, you must return your items to Aduro A/S without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you received the item. You must notify Aduro that you wish to exercise your right to cancel. The items are sent back to: Aduro A/S, Hasselager Allé 13D, 8260 Viby J, Denmark. Include a copy of the packing slip or include the order number in the box.
If you wish to return an item, you must bear the direct costs of the return yourself, and you must therefore buy a return label from a chosen freight company yourself.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.
When using offers on Aduroshop, where a gift is included in your purchase and you wish to return, it is required that both your purchase and the accompanying gift are returned. The gift was included as part of your purchase, and it is therefore necessary to return both. If you do not return the accompanying gift, the value of the gift will be deducted upon reimbursement.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. However, we do not refund additional costs if you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
If you only cancel parts of your purchase and keep other parts of your order, we will not refund delivery costs. In such cases, you will only get back the amount you gave for the returned item.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of cancellation. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees as a result of the refund. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have sent proof that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.
The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was when you received it. You will be liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and the way it functions, or if you handle the item in a way that reduces its value. You can lose all or part of the purchase amount, and the amount you can get back depends on the market value of the item.
The original packaging can affect our ability to resell our products, and damaged or discarded packaging can therefore result in the item’s value being reduced, thus affecting your ability to get the full purchase price refunded. We therefore recommend that the item be returned in its original packaging (including possible pallet).
Complaints
If there is something wrong with the item
The statutory rules on Right of Complaint, complaint period, and defects, including purchase law provisions, apply at all times. When you purchase in Denmark, you have a two-year Right of Complaint on all products as a consumer. This means that you can claim defects and deficiencies in the item within two years.
If the complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. If the complaint is justified, we will naturally also refund your reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us. The Right of Complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, and it is a prerequisite that the damage has not occurred due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior on your part. Likewise, it is a prerequisite that the damage has not occurred due to failure to comply with our instructions, including in user manuals, operating, maintenance, or service instructions.
If you discover errors or defects in the received product, you must contact Aduro A/S as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
You can complain by contacting us at service@aduro.dk. Please describe the error or defect as detailed as possible. You are also requested to complete our complaint form, which you can find here. It is not a requirement that you complete the complaint form, but it facilitates our case handling and minimizes the processing time for the complaint. You should then return the defective item with a copy of the order confirmation. Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and that you should have a receipt for the shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Missing an item in your package?
We always do our utmost to ensure you receive the items you have ordered. Unfortunately, it can happen that we forgot to include an item in your package. In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible without undue delay at service@aduro.dk. Please send a picture of your packing slip and specify which item is missing from the package.

In this case, please also contact our customer service as soon as possible without undue delay at service@aduro.dk. Please send a picture of your packing slip and specify which incorrect item you have received.
Transport damage
We recommend that you always check the package for visible damage or defects before signing for it. You always have the option to receive the package with reservations if the damage is assessed to only affect the packaging. If the item is visibly damaged, you can choose to sign with reservations or refuse to accept it. Then, please contact our customer service at service@aduro.dk within 48 hours and inform us that you have refused the package. For non-visible damage, please contact our customer service as soon as possible – but no later than 5 days – at service@aduro.dk. Please send a picture of your packing slip and the actual damage.
Repair and exchange
If the item proves to be defective or faulty, Aduro A/S will undertake either to rectify these defects or provide a new, faultless item within a reasonable time. If neither repair nor exchange is possible, Aduro A/S will instead refund the purchase amount to you, including your documented expenses associated with the return.
Liability
Aduro A/S can in no case be held liable for indirect losses or consequential damages. Aduro A/S enters into all agreements in Danish and under Danish law. When you shop on aduroshop.dk, Danish general contract and sales law rules apply, including rules on consumer purchases. As a consumer, you are therefore protected by the applicable legislation in the area, primarily the Purchase Act and the Consumer Agreement Act.
Force majeure
Aduro A/S is not responsible for delayed or insufficient delivery resulting from force majeure events.
Privacy policy
To enter into an agreement with us on www.aduroshop.dk, we need certain personal information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
Aduro A/S is responsible for managing your information.
Use of personal data for advertising: We collect and share certain personal data, such as email addresses, with third parties to improve our advertising and conversion measurement.
You always have the right to know what information we process about you, just as you always have the right to request that the information be deleted. You can also always contact us if you believe that personal information is being processed in violation of the law.
