How do I pay?

You can pay with the following methods:

Please note:

• An amount will be reserved on your credit card when you place your order. The amount will only be charged once the order has been dispatched.
• If you return an item, the amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
• If your order is cancelled, the reservation may still appear on your credit card statement. When the amount is released depends on your bank and may take up to 30 days.

How secure is my payment with Aduro?

Payments are processed via a secure and approved payment solution from Pensopay, using Clearhaus as the acquiring bank. All information is transmitted and processed confidentially.

3D Secure

Our checkout uses 3D Secure authentication. This means you are required to complete a two-factor authentication before your payment is approved. This provides additional protection against unauthorised use of your credit card.

If you experience issues with the authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly. The authentication is handled by your card issuer, and we are therefore unable to assist with questions or challenges related to this part of the payment process.
