Descripción
The door gasket’s function is to keep the door tight, so that no unnecessary air gets into the fire – and smoke from the fire out in the room. A tight door insulates the heat in the combustion chamber and maintains a stable combustion.
The gasket wears down over time and needs to be replaced, when it is leaky, brittle, or lose. You can attach the new gasket with ceramic glue.
