Miten säädän oven ja sulkumekanismin Aduro 1.1 -sarjassa?

HUOM: Kaikki muutokset ja säädöt saa suorittaa vain, kun takkauuni on kylmä.

Oven säätäminen on tarpeellinen osa takkauunin huoltoa. Nämä säädöt voidaan tehdä eri tilanteissa:

• Ensimmäisten sytytysten jälkeen
• Jonkin aikaa käytön jälkeen
• Aina kun ovesta tulee jäykkä sulkea.

Tarvittavat työkalut:

• 1 kuusiokoloavain 4 mm
• 1 lenkkiavain

Ovi ja sulkumekanismi voidaan helposti säätää neljästä kohtaa, kuten alla on esitetty:

Saran säätäminen (1 ja 2)

Saran avulla säädät oven paikan takkauunissa niin, että ovi on oikealla etäisyydellä ja suorassa.

TIP: If the door needs to get raised on the right side, the solution is to move the upper hinge a bit to the left.

Please notice: It might be necessary to do this procedure one more time, if the result is not acceptable. Then, you may as well need to adjust the rolls (3 and 4) on the right side afterwards, in order to secure a perfect closing of the door. To do so, please follow the instructions below.

Adjustment of roll (3 and 4)

1. Open the door and make sure it remains open.
2. Loosen the 2 fixing screws of the roll (see image 1 and 2) with a fork wrench and place the roll in the desired position, before fixing the screws again.
3. Check if the door closes correctly, by making sure the “hook” picks the upper roll well. See image 3.
4. The door is now closing perfectly.
