Therefore, you should only use Ø6 mm pellets with a max. length of 30 mm and a max. humidity level of 10%, which comply with the ENplus quality A1 standard. We have experienced that dark pellets have a negative impact on the noise level and cleaning intervals. Therefore, we recommend that you use bright pellets with no added binding agents or bark.
