To ensure that your stove operates optimally and to prevent damage, it is important to have it serviced regularly. To maintain your warranty with Aduro, hybrid and pellet stoves must meet specific service visit requirements. Documentation of the service visits is required. Your hybrid stove must be serviced by an authorised Aduro service technician within the first year. After the initial service, the stove must be serviced every two years or after every 2000 kg of burned pellets from the date of the last service visit. You are responsible for covering the expenses.
The service visit includes:
- Inspection of the stove's condition, including checking gaskets and glass fittings
- Adjustment of the door and closing mechanism
- Replacement of individual parts if necessary
- Thorough cleaning
- Possible repair of the paint
Please note: The right to claim defects will be void if the hybrid stove is not serviced. Read more here.
Your pellet stove must be serviced by an authorised Aduro service technician within the first year. After the initial service visit, the stove must be serviced one time a year from the date of the last service visit. You are responsible for covering the expenses.
The service visit includes:
