Every installation is unique

Our wood burning, pellet and hybrid stoves are thoroughly tested and approved in accordance with applicable standards and requirements – including EN16510 – which we are, of course, not permitted to deviate from. Although our stoves comply with current standards, this does not guarantee optimal performance in your particular home, as individual factors such as installation, surroundings, chimney draught, fuel and correct operation play a crucial role and may differ from the conditions specified in the standard in your specific case. Unfortunately, these factors are beyond our control.

With more than 500,000 stoves in operation, we know that most issues can be resolved by reviewing the installation, surroundings and use. Therefore, we have gathered our help guides and FAQs in one place so that you can quickly find the assistance you need. Should you, contrary to expectations, experience defects or faults with the product, you can of course submit a complaint.
