We recommend that all customers update our banking details in their internal systems as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition and avoid any delays in payment processing.

For customers using SEPA Direct Debit, no new mandate is required as a result of the change of bank. Existing mandates will be transferred to the new banking arrangement in accordance with applicable regulations.
